About Me
I grew up in Kazakhstan in a family of educators, and from an early age I learned to navigate cultures, people, and expectations with intuition and resilience. My career has taken me across hospitality, finance, events, and wellness — but the common thread has always been creating experiences where people feel seen, supported, and understood.
I’ve built my consulting work around this philosophy: designing thoughtful events, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and helping organizations communicate with clarity and purpose. Over the years, I’ve partnered with clients in healthcare, real estate, and lifestyle sectors to deliver polished programs, operational support, and meaningful, high-quality experiences.
